Cattle: Galloway cattle are a hearty and self sufficient breed of cattle that have been in Canada since the early 1800's. We raise our cows on pasture and they calve in June and winter in the open. We select for fertility and ability to maintain body condition without supplementation. Bull and heifers available. Call for more info.

Low Labor Commercial Sheep: Over the years Lisa and Len have built a flock of sheep that lamb in June on the grass unassisted and the ewes are expected to live throughout the year on pasture amongst the cows. These are truly low labor sheep. They have been aggressively culled and selected for maternal ability. Ewe lambs available in September/October. Call for early for best selection. (306)776-2427

Len is a Farrier. He received his training at the Canadian Farrier School. He continues to study the new development in the areas of Barefoot Trimming and Natural hoof care and is available to trim year round. For more info:

Lisa and Renee enjoy the challenge and satisfaction that comes from starting horses the right way. Working together as a team they teach horses the basics and give them a strong foundation to build on.
